Influenced by trips to New York City and Tropical Islands, I started my vinyl collection in the 80’s with my mother’s tall stack of 45s from the Bronx. Collecting Reggae, Funk, and mostly Hiphop records, I have played for crowds at corporate events, bars and clubs for twenty years in Canada and the US.

Selecting, in collaboration with pro skaters, and hand mixing these skate video soundtracks with two Technics 1200s and a Vestax 07-Pro has been the pinnacle of my experience behind the turntables.

My all vinyl skate video soundtracks mark a departure from digital music use and coincide with the beginning of the current resurgence of vinyl records as the premium experience.
